Acceptance
Installing or using Mernyx means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the app. If you buy Pro, the version of these terms in effect on the day of purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
License
Mernyx Pro is a one-time purchase: a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to the paid features on macOS. A purchase does not expire, a price change applies to new purchases only, and updates are included for the life of the app.
Where you buy it decides who handles the transaction. On this website, Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it takes payment and emails a licence key, which you activate in the app and can deactivate from Settings when you retire a Mac; the key route caps simultaneous activations. In the App Store, Apple handles payment, receipts, tax and refunds, the purchase is tied to your Apple Account, and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions apply alongside these terms; it covers the Macs signed in to that account.
The App Store
These terms are between you and isaced, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Mernyx, is not responsible for any warranty, product claim, or claim that the app infringes someone's rights, and is not a party to this agreement. Where you bought through the App Store, Apple handles refunds and the purchase record under its own terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent or sell the software, reverse-engineer it except as the law permits, work around the free/Pro boundary, or share one licence beyond its device limit. Bundled third-party components keep their own licences (Apache-2.0, MIT, EPL-2.0).
Intellectual Property
Mernyx, its name, icon and this website belong to isaced. Your diagrams stay yours: we claim no licence or right to any file you open, edit, generate or export, and none to the model's output either.
Disclaimer
Mernyx renders and rewrites Mermaid source with a bundled layout engine, so the result can differ from the reference renderer and a write-back re-groups the document. The AI features send your prompt — and, for a repair, the document source — to the endpoint you configured, and apply what that model returns; read the diff before you rely on it, and you are responsible for what you publish from it. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and nothing here excludes a right that consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
isaced is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Mernyx. Total liability is capped at what you paid for it — zero if you use only the free tier.
